“For us, family is at the center of everything. It’s why we create, why we grow, and why every piece we make is filled with purpose.”

Meet the Founder

THOMAS ANDERSON

Thomas is a licensed physical therapist graduated form Texas A&M, University turned artisan, driven by a lifelong love for working with his hands. Inspired by the words of Colossians 3:23—“whatever you do, work at it with all your heart”—he approaches each piece with unwavering dedication and craftsmanship.

What began as a passion for building furniture evolved over time into a unique blend of handcrafted functional art. Today, Thomas specializes in creating elegant pens, kitchen essentials (like cheeseboards and serving trays), resin art, keychains, slingshots, and more. Each piece combines solid wood with vibrant, durable epoxy resin—perfect for gifting or bringing warmth to any home or office.

Based in Waco, Texas, Thomas also shares his skills through hands-on resin workshops. Participants can choose their own projects—from lazy Susans and couples boards to custom trays—select pigments, woods, and even sentimental inclusions (like dried flowers or shells), crafting one‑of‑a‑kind keepsakes.

Blending clinical precision from his day job with creative expression, Thomas pours his heart into every creation—ensuring each product and workshop reflects intentional artistry and a personal touch.

Meet the Co-Founder

MOLLY ANDERSON

Molly is more than just a partner in life, she’s an essential part of C323 Woodworking’s vision and success. As co-founder, she brings a deep sense of artistry, intuition, and heart to everything the business creates. While Thomas may handle the hands-on building, Molly also graduated from Texas A&M, where she met Thomas. She offers something just as vital: a unique perspective that elevates each piece from functional to unforgettable.

Her natural eye for color, contrast, and composition brings life to every project. Whether it’s suggesting the perfect resin pigment, helping select wood tones, or guiding the overall mood of a design, Erica's influence is woven throughout the process. Her ability to see what others might overlook ensures that every creation has balance, warmth, and personality.

But her role doesn’t end with design—Molly also inspires the very reason C323 exists. She’s been a steady source of encouragement and purpose, helping to shape the brand’s values and reminding Thomas why doing this work with heart and intention truly matters.

Together, they’ve built more than a woodworking business—they’ve built a creative partnership grounded in faith, love, and shared vision. Molly's presence is felt in every finished piece, every workshop, and every thoughtful detail that makes C323 stand out.
